The Capital Horsham is seeking multiple Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our friendly and professional hospitality team.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will assist with the day-to-day operation of our food and beverage areas, ensuring our guests receive friendly, effective and skilled service.

Duties will include:
Providing friendly and attentive service to guests
Taking food and beverage orders and serving guests
Preparing and serving beverages, including alcoholic drinks
Clearing and resetting tables
Assisting with bar and restaurant operations
Processing payments and operating the POS system
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the venue
Following responsible service of alcohol and food safety requirements
Supporting the wider hotel team as required

About You

We are looking for people who:
Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)



certificate – mandatory
Have a friendly, positive and professional attitude
Enjoy providing excellent customer service
Are reliable, punctual and well presented
Can work effectively as part of a team
Are comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment
Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience is preferred
