The Role

As a Bartender at The Budgie, you are the engine room of our service. We are looking for someone who can balance technical precision with genuine personality.

Key Responsibilities:
Drink Excellence: Crafting cocktails, pouring beer,



and serving curated wines to high standards.
Service & Engagement: Interacting with patrons to create a welcoming, high-energy bar experience.
Efficiency: High-level money handling and proficient use of POS systems in a fast-paced setting.
Safety & Standards: Demonstrating safe manual handling and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Experience: Proven experience in a rapid-paced bar workplace (cocktail experience is a major plus).
Energy: A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work autonomously during a rush.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a focus on customer experience.
Compliance: A valid Victorian RSA certificate is essential.
