THE POSITION
Daily cleaning in this hands-on role
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high hygiene standards
Support infection control procedures and specialised cleaning in high-risk areas
Train, mentor, and onboard recent and existing staff

THE PERSON
Previous experience in a cleaning role, ideally in healthcare
Ability to lead, train,



and motivate a diverse cleaning team
Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations
Competent in managing inventory and waste reduction practices
Police check holder (or you are willing to obtain a police check)
