HEAD BREAKFAST / LUNCH CHEF — EXCITING NEW VENUE

Bentleigh East, Melbourne | $70000 to $75000 + Super

An exciting chance is being explored for an experienced Head Breakfast/Lunch Chef to lead the kitchen of a current neighbourhood café and wood-fired kitchen in Bentleigh.

We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on chef who loves creating outstanding breakfast and lunch dishes and wants the prospect to develop a fresh menu.

What we’re offering:
Predominantly daytime hours
Five-day working week
$70000 - $75000 salary plus superannuation
Two traditional wood-fired pizza ovens
Creative input into menu development
Prospect to build and lead a small kitchen team
Support from an experienced hospitality owner/operator

Experience with wood-fired ovens would be highly regarded, but isn’t essential for the right candidate.

This is an initial expression of interest for a proposed new venue, subject to acquisition proceeding.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
