YOUR ROLE

As a Shift Manager, you will:
Lead and motivate team members during your shift.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily restaurant operations.
Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
Manage stock, food preparation and wastage.
Support team training and development.
Ensure smooth and efficient shift operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in hospitality or QSR management.




Strong leadership and communication skills.
A positive attitude and a hands-on approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
