Restaurant Manager/Supervisor

Cambio Vita | Malvern, Melbourne

Cambio Vita is an Italian restaurant in Malvern, and we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager/Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and oversee smooth, efficient service.

About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
Proven ability to lead a team and independently manage busy services.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, bookings and floor management.
Positive knowledge of Italian food and wine.
Current and valid RSA.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, reliable and confident managing staff and guest enquiries.
High standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and service.
Lead, support and supervise front-of-house staff.
Manage bookings, floor plans and service flow.
Maintain service standards and ensure smooth communication between FOH and kitchen.
Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Support staff training, shift organisation and closing procedures.

Availability

Must be available Tuesday to Sunday. Weekend availability is absolutely non-negotiable,



including Friday and Saturday.
