We’re now looking for experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join the team.

The Role

This role is for bartenders who know their craft and understand the level of service expected in a premium venue.

You’ll be working behind a quick-paced cocktail bar, delivering consistently high-quality drinks while creating an experience for every guest. From perfectly executed classics to signature cocktails and premium spirits, attention to detail matters.

You’ll work closely with our floor and management teams to keep service running seamlessly while bringing personality, confidence and professionalism to the bar.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous cocktail bartending experience in a premium restaurant, bar or hospitality venue




Has strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and bar fundamentals
Can produce high-quality drinks quickly and consistently during busy service
Takes pride in presentation, preparation and attention to detail
Is confident, engaging and professional with guests
Works well under pressure and knows how to stay organised when the bar gets busy
Brings energy to the venue while still delivering polished service
Is reliable, proactive and genuinely enjoys being part of a robust team
