GWC Disability & Transport Services is seeking reliable, compassionate and qualified Disability Support Workers to join our team in South-West Sydney.

Key responsibilities
Provide person-centered support to participants in accordance with their individual support plans.
Assist with daily living activities, community access and social participation.
Support participants to maintain their independence, dignity and choice.
Complete accurate shift notes and incident reports as required.
Follow workplace health and safety, safeguarding and organizational policies.

Essential requirements
Relevant disability support experience or qualifications.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to complete the required screening process.
Current First Aid and CPR certification, where required.
Valuable communication, reliability and a skilled attitude.
A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, if required for the assigned shifts.
Availability for the shifts offered by the organization.

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 12.0 per week
