CHEF DE PARTIE

Our local corner hotel is looking to add a chat de partie to the team.
We serve classic Australian food and contemporary specials.

We’re looking for a chef who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team and can deliver quality dishes in a busy kitchen.

What you’ll be doing
Prepping and cooking meals during service.
Managing your section and keeping service running smoothly
Maintaining food presentation and consistency
Ensuring food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Working closely with the Head Chef

What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a similar kitchen role
A passion for positive food and quality cooking and wanting to learn
Solid organisation and communication skills
A positive attitude and a team-first approach
