We are looking for a passionate, experienced and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new café opening, work in a contemporary kitchen environment and help us deliver high-quality food and an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes.
Maintain consistency in food quality, taste and presentation.
Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
Assist with food preparation, stock control and inventory management.
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Contribute ideas to improve kitchen efficiency and menu offerings.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a chef in a busy café or restaurant.
Solid knowledge of modern Australian café cuisine.




Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Good understanding of Australian food safety standards.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
