Prepping and cooking to our menu with quality produce
Keeping your section clean, organised and food-safe
Working with the kitchen team to deliver a excellent service

Waitstaff
Welcoming guests and taking care of them through service
Learning the menu and our Italian wine list
Working with the floor and kitchen teams to keep service smooth

About you
You love food, wine or hospitality (or all three)
You’re reliable, hardworking and a positive team player
You’re keen to learn
Waitstaff: you’re available evenings and weekends
Chefs:



previous kitchen experience is excellent, but not essential
