Job Description: As a Speech Pathologist, to enhance our aged clients' language and communication abilities.

Tasks Required:
Assessment: Evaluate speech, language, and swallowing needs.
Therapy: Implement and adjust personalized treatment plans.
Collaboration:



Work with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
Education: Guide residents, families, and caregivers on managing disorders.
Documentation: Keep accurate records and reports

Requirements and Qualifications:
Experienced as a Speech Pathologist
Previous aged care experience preferred
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
