What You'll Learn
Building relationships with clients and understanding their needs
Sourcing, interviewing and assessing candidates
Writing job ads and managing applications
Reference checks and pre-employment processes
Growing client accounts and winning current business

About You

Attitude and character matter more to us than past job titles. You might come from customer service, sales, admin or hospitality. That's fine.

You'll be someone who:
Takes pride in their work and does what they say they'll do
Is curious,



asks questions and takes feedback well
Communicates clearly, in writing and in person
Is organised, good with computers and finishes what they start

Recruitment has its tough days. If you stay calm and find a way through, you'll do well here.
