Due to expansion and internal promotion for the Canning Vale Toyota team, we are currently seeking an Used Vehicle Recon Parts Interpreter to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
Primarily Handle internal used car recon requests, take sales and quotation enquiries
Ensure daily orders are placed on time
Contribute to the efficient management of parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organising parts.
Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements
Accurately maintain records of parts transactions, invoices, and inventory levels.
Develop a solid understanding of automotive parts and accessories
Work closely with our experienced Parts Interpreter team, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

You
Experience with used car recon parts operations and suppliers preferred
Possess some technical/mechanical knowledge and ability
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




Excellent computer skills
Interest in automotive parts and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Be adaptable and enjoy working in a team workplace
