The exciting opportunity
Parental leave contract – ASAP start until 28th February 2027
Part-time role working Saturdays and Sundays from 10am – 3pm, with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts to cover leave
Join the lifestyle team at our 87-bed aged care facility in Lyneham
Deliver activity programs that cater to residents’ needs and preferences
Accompany residents on outings enabling them to take part in social events
Support residents with mobility, nutrition and hydration management, and meaningful activities that promote wellbeing
Build solid, respectful relationships with residents, families, and staff
Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care

About you
Experience as a Lifestyle Officer in residential aged care
Proactive, autonomous, compassionate, excellent communication skills, and able to build robust rapport with residents
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is highly regarded
Working rights in Australia is essential (sponsorship will not be offered)
NDIS Worker Screening Check and flu vaccination, or willingness to obtain
