About the role:

We are looking for an experienced retailer to lead the Essendon team in a full-time capacity as Store

Manager for our New Store which is set to Open November 6th

Working full time from Tuesday - Saturday, this position provides the opportunity for someone to play a key

role in leading our team and ensuring an authentic customer experience. We seek a dedicated leader

committed to developing their team and driving sales.

You'll have the prospect to nurture talent, create a positive store culture, and contribute to the continued

growth of our brand.

As Store Manager, you'll:

Provide exceptional customer service to our customers

Drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Support the training and recruitment of great talent into the team

Act as a brand ambassador leading by example in presentation, styling, and customer experience

Create visually appealing store displays

Manage store administration, operations, and loss prevention

We're looking for someone who:





Has management experience in retail with stories of success

Is passionate about providing exceptional customer service

Loves fashion and sportswear

Can work autonomously.

Is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and training abilities

Is motivational and has initiative and adaptability
