About the Role

As a Pharmacist at our Bluff Point store, you will lead the daily team to deliver exceptional clinical standards, drive dispensary efficiency, and support the growth of professional services.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver patient-centric consultations across traditional and complementary health services.
Oversee effective dispensary coordination, management, and QSPP compliance.




Mentor and develop the pharmacy team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Ensure full compliance with all state and federal legislative guidelines.
Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve key financial and operational targets.

Requirements
Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with current, unrestricted AHPRA General Registration.
Current Immunisation Certification and First Aid Certificate.
Proven dispensary management experience with a high attention to detail.
Robust communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Valid rights to live and work in Australia.
