As our Senior Stylist / Second-in-Charge (2IC), you'll be a key part of our salon leadership, helping guide the team, keep daily operations running smoothly and maintain the high standards our clients know and love. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than just a column of clients.

Key responsibilities
Creating beautiful hair and delivering exceptional client experiences
Running the salon floor and keeping appointments flowing smoothly
Mentoring, supporting and educating our stylists and apprentices
Helping onboard and train new team members
Managing client enquiries and confidently resolving complaints
Overseeing colour stock, ordering and inventory
Keeping Fresha, bookings and salon systems organised and accurate
Improving salon systems, processes and checklists
Leading by example and keeping our salon standards high

About you
An experienced stylist with solid colouring, cutting and styling skills
A natural leader who loves helping others grow
Organised, proactive and confident making decisions
A great communicator who handles challenges with kindness and professionalism

Full-time employment, working 5 days per week
