About Us

An exciting chance is available for an experienced Airport Passenger Service Officer /Ground Staff to join a prestigious 5-star Japanese airline.

This role is ideal for someone with previous airline or airport operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities
Coordinateand support passenger handling and daily airline operations
Ensureoperational tasks are completed efficiently and within required timeframes
Liaisewith ground handling and airport service providers
Superviseand coordinate outsourced service partners as an airline representative
Provideoffice and administrative support
Respondto operational issues and changing priorities
Performother operational duties as required

Your Profile

Previous airline or airport operations experience isessential.
About 3 years of airport, airline operations or relevant customer serviceexperience




Previousexperience in passenger services or a similar airline/airport role
Supervisoryor team coordination experience will be highly regarded
Strongwritten and spoken English
Japaneselanguage skills are an advantage, but not essential
Genuineinterest in Japan, Japanese culture or working within a Japanesecompany
GoodMicrosoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
Proactive,organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
Ableto prioritise and adapt in a quick-paced operational environment
Physicallyfit and comfortable working rotating shifts

Working Hours

This is a full-time shift-based position :
8-hourrostered shifts, including 7.5 working hours + 30-minute break
Morningshift: 7:30am – 3:30pm
Afternoonshift: 3:30pm – 11:30pm
Flexibilityto work a rotating roster is required
