We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator with order processing & product support experience to join a large FMCG for actemp to perm role. This is a outstanding chance for a someone who is looking to be part of a professional team. This role is to start ASAP.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:
Answer incoming telephone calls
Order entry and processing
Use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Product support and enquiries
Outward bound product promotion calls
Customer support and issue resolution
Coordinating and booking outward bound deliveries
Professionally representing the business, being "face of the business"
Provide assistance and support to Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams




Process Credit Card paymentsProcess Credit Applications, maintain Customer Master Files
Load and maintain Special Pricing Forms
Open and backorder maintenance

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2 years Sales Administrator experience
A strong understanding of Customer Service principles
Be self-motivated, quick learner, with a can do attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills
Administrative and organisational skills
Polite and qualified manner
SAP Business One (B1) experience (preferred)
WMS experience ideal
Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel
