Are you an experienced Civil Labourer with a civil construction or infrastructure background looking for a reliable Local Government chance?

Complete Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced Civil Labourer to join a Council Infrastructure Services team in the Hornsby area.

This is a genuine labourer position – you'll be working hands‑on with the crew across road, footpath, drainage and civil maintenance works.

What you'll be doing
Road and footpath construction and repairs
Asphalt and concreting works
Drainage maintenance and clearing
Formwork and general civil construction
Using power tools and civil equipment
General labouring and supporting the civil crew as required

What you'll need




Current drivers licence
Previous civil construction, roadworks or infrastructure experience
White Card
Experience with concreting, asphalt, drainage and/or road maintenance highly regarded
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Reliable, safety-focused and willing to work as part of a hands‑on crew
Front End Loader ticket highly regarded

What's on offer?
$40.16 per hour + Super
6:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Option for a 9-day fortnight
No weekend work
Temp-to-permanent opportunity
