NES Fircroft are partnering with a major resources project seeking an engaging Health & Safety Advisor to support site operations and contractors in a hands-on field-based role.

About You
Experience within Health & Safety in mining, resources, construction, infrastructure or related industries
Open to candidates from operational, project or corporate HSE backgrounds
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
Outgoing, approachable and confident working closely with leaders, contractors and frontline personnel
Passionate about developing your HSE career and contributing to positive safety outcomes

Job Role
Support site leaders,



contractors and work crews to drive secure work practices
Conduct field interactions, inspections, audits and risk assessments
Assist with incident investigations and hazard management processes
Promote a positive safety culture through coaching, communication and visible field leadership
Partner with stakeholders across site to improve Health & Safety performance
