Administration/Data Entry Assistant - Malaga

Ausjobz is a WA owned and operated business. We are a preferred recruitment partner with some of WA's and Australia's leading mining, engineering, utilities and industrial services companies.

We currently have a position for an Administration/Data Entry Assistant in Malaga. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (can be adaptable) Rate: $43.00 per hour plus super.

The core responsibilities of this role:
Basic Admin Duties
Process invoices and support accounts administration activities
Prepare and maintain reports using Excel
Follow up outstanding actions to ensure daily deadlines are met
Provide administrative support to operational teams and site personnel

Essential skills/experience:
Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Coupe
JDE

Desired skills/experience:
Experience in industrial/waste or similar industry

Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and JDE systems
Strong work ethic and reliability with a commitment to attendance
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks




Self-motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
Commitment to safety and following workplace procedures
