MCCI is seeking a Care Finder Officer in Wollongong to provide culturally responsive, person-centered support for individuals facing barriers to accessing services. The role is part time with adaptable schedule and offsite/work arrangements.
Responsibilities include intensive client navigation, referrals through My Aged Care, and building trust with clients and families while addressing barriers to access. 35 hours per fortnight, laptop and travel allowance provided.
