Our client is an established boutique accounting firm with over 10 years of success, a loyal team and a robust client base. They are now seeking a Senior Manager to act as the Partner’s 2IC, helping lead the team, oversee day-to-day operations and serve as a key point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:




Manage a portfolio of SME and high-net-worth clients across a diverse range of industries
Deliver strategic tax and business advisory services, including structuring and tax planning
Review and oversee work prepared by junior team members
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and value-driven advice
Lead and develop a team of accountants, providing guidance, training and mentorship

About You:
CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years of public practice experience
Strong technical expertise in tax and business advisory
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
