You will partner with Principals and managers, guiding the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, and payroll during peak periods. This 12‑month fixed-term contract is based at the North Sydney head office.
You will advise on employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, and policies, while ensuring compliance and positive employee experiences across campuses.
