We’re looking for a commercially minded Key Account Manager to join DHL Global Forwarding and take ownership of a portfolio of strategic customers.

Based in Matraville, Sydney, you’ll report to the Manager of Key Accounts.

This is a relationship-focused role where you’ll work closely with customers to understand their business, identify new prospects and strengthen long-term partnerships. You’ll also collaborate across Sales, Operations and Product teams to turn customer needs into practical solutions and deliver sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer relationships
Identify current business and revenue opportunities within existing accounts
Drive customer retention, contract renewals and profitable growth
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Lead regular customer meetings and business reviews




Work closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions for customers
Keep customer and prospect information up to date within the CRM
Deliver against growth, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives
