Goal Indigenous Services are seeking a detail oriented Finance Coordinator to support the financial management of these contracts, ensuring accurate cost tracking, invoicing, forecasting and reporting across maintenance, projects and subcontracted services.

Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, subcontractor claims and financial transactions.
Maintain budgets, forecasts, work-in-progress (WIP) and project cost records.
Support client invoicing, progress claims and audit documentation.
Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with financial controls, contract requirements and reporting standards.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.

Ideally, you will have:
Experience in project finance,



contract accounting or financial administration.
Qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Solid Excel and ERP system skills, preferably Jobpac, SAP or similar.
Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in infrastructure, construction or maintenance services.
