Position: Customer Service Officer

Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and ready to bring your skills to a fast-paced, high-quality automotive setting? MotorOne Autobody is looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face of our Acacia Ridge team

About the Role:

As our Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers dropping off or picking up their vehicles for repair. Your role is essential in creating a skilled, welcoming, and seamless experience in a corporate office setting.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers at reception
Managing phone and email enquiries
General administrative tasks
Making tea/coffee for customers and visitors
Providing professional updates and follow-ups




Supporting the site manager with day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Customer Service and Reception
Strong admin and accounts background
Experience in the automotive repair industry is a huge plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and process-oriented
Reliable, with a consistent and professional work ethic
Confident using computers and business software
A friendly, team-focused attitude and positive energy
