Duratec is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our business across Western Australia. This role isn't about desk-bound CRM tasks; you'll be front-facing with clients, building relationships, and turning prospects into real projects that drive growth.
You'll identify opportunities before tender, guide them through the sales cycle, and work with operations to develop winning strategies. Domestic and industry engagement will be key to success.
