The Role





You'll manage a quality residential portfolio while being supported by experienced leadership and an established team.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties
PM support with in and out of office tasks
Building robust relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Property inspections and reporting
Arrears management
Maintenance coordination
Leases and notices as required
Compliance with Queensland legislation
Delivering exceptional customer service
All while using the best technology that makes your job easier

About You
Previous experience in Property Management
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Robust organisation and time management skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
A valid driver's licence
