St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a proactive Roster Coordinator to join our Sunshine Coast team at Maroochydore. You will coordinate rosters and staffing allocations to support resident care, occupancy targets, and daily operations within our 130-bed aged care community.

The role requires rostering, scheduling, and workforce planning experience in healthcare, proficiency with CMS, and the ability to manage vacancies and leave requests.
