Consultant Psychiatrist | Northern Coastal NSW | $278,355 to $376,068 per annum

Medrecruit are looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join a dedicated mental health team in Northern Coastal NSW and make a meaningful difference to the lives of individuals, families and communities.

The Chance

As a Consultant Generalist Psychiatrist, you will:
Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis and treatment.
Manage a diverse range of mental health presentations.
Work across relevant inpatient and community mental health settings.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care.
Provide clinical leadership, advice and support to colleagues.
Contribute to clinical governance, service development and quality improvement.




Interest in IPU and Consultant-Liaison Psychiatry is highly regarded

Qualifications and experience
Fellowship of the RANZCP, or eligibility for specialist appointment
UK-trained psychiatrists with RCPsych + CCT eligible for the Expedited Specialist Pathway are encouraged to apply
