Key Responsibilities
Manage client communication throughout the mortgage contract signing process.
Answer clients' questions regarding contract terms and procedures.
Follow up with clients to ensure contracts are signed within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and avoid delays.
Track contract statuses and ensure all required documentation is completed.

Experience: 0–1 Years | Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Very valuable English communication skills, written and spoken.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
