The Opportunity

We're seeking a Site Manager / Project Manager - Junior to support the delivery of manufacturing and fabrication projects from our Maddington office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on across manufacturing documentation, quality, and coordination — ensuring projects run smoothly and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate manufacturing and fabrication project activities
Manage engineering documentation (drawings, specs, reports)
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Support quality assurance and compliance processes
Liaise with internal teams (engineering, production, QA)
Communicate with clients and provide project updates

About You
7+ years' experience in project coordination, site management, or manufacturing environment
Background in manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering projects
Specific experience in precision manufacturing settings is highly desirable




Solid understanding of technical documentation and QA processes
Confident communicator with ability to liaise with stakeholders
