The Role
Managing leasing enquiries and coordinating open homes
Processing rental applications and assisting with tenant selection
Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the leasing process
Coordinating lease sign-ups and relevant documentation




Preparing properties for advertising and conducting leasing inspections as required
Providing a high level of service to clients and prospective tenants

About You
Previous real estate experience is essential, ideally within leasing
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
Professional presentation with a strong customer service focus
