To be successful you must have the following:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Valuable communication skills and confidence dealing with different people
A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
Basic computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems
A relevant qualification in Construction Management,
Building or
Business Administration would be advantageous, but is not essential
