We are a busy dental practice, currently seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to coordinate and manage the day to day running of the practice. We provide state-of-the-art dentistry and high-quality patient care to the local communities, and we are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic person with a solid work ethic and a positive attitude to join our team.

This position will play a crucial role in our patient interaction and staff management and as such you should display outstanding communication skills, while also playing a key role in team coordination, and being able to provide day to day administration.

About the role:
Be the first and last point of contact for our patients
Management of the day to day operationof the practice
Answering the phones, managing payments and making appointments
Provide leadership, direction and support to the team




Ensure all practice facilities and equipment are maintained well and to business standards
Ensure practice compliance with health and safety, infection controland clinical governance
Required to assist the team in all areas of the practice as needed

About you:
Dental experience gained from working within the dental or medical field is desirable but not essential.
Certificate 3 and/or 4 in Dental Assisting would be a positive asset
Sound knowledge with computers
Exceptional organisation skills
Able to demonstrate well rounded interpersonal skills to work with and manage a team
Self-motivated, reliable and show Initiative
A high degree of empathy and the willingness to go the extra mile for our patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; qualified phone manner, ability to build team and patient relationships
