The Role:

This Senior Practitioner role sits within a multidisciplinaryteam, providing senior clinical guidance and operational leadership to improve student engagement, wellbeing, and participation across primary, secondary, and specialist schools.

You’ll support schools through consultation, observation, short-term intervention, assessment where needed,



and practical strategies that build capability. The work is wide-ranging and may include complex presentations such as trauma, severe behaviour, autism, family violence, and inclusive practice guidance. A portion of the role is leadership-focused, supporting team development and best-practice delivery.

Requirements:

Qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Behaviour Analysis

Relevant registration/eligibility (AHPRA / AASW / SPA / BCBA/CBA as applicable)

Evidence of leadership capability (e.g., supervision, projects, program delivery)

Driver’s licence, Working With Children Check, and Police Check

Ideally 5+ years’ experience (robust candidates with slightly less considered)
