Key Responsibilities
Monitor and implement HSE policies and procedures across multiple projects.
Roaming position throughout the North and North West suburbs of Melbourne.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Provide guidance and training to staff on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
Investigate and report incidents, ensuring lessons learned are integrated into future practices.
Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with company and legislative requirements.

Qualifications, Experience and Must Haves
Proven experience in a similar HSEQ role, preferably in thecivil construction industry.
Tertiary qualification in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field. (Certificate 4 in OHS minimum)
Comprehensive knowledge of Australian HSE standards and legislation.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drugs, alcohol and fitness test.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams.
