We are an exciting new brunch café located on one of South Yarra's busiest streets. We're looking for a passionate, experienced and creative Brunch Chef to join our growing team and help us create a fresh and exciting dining experience.

Key responsibilities

Independently develop and create cutting-edge brunch dishes

Contribute to daily specials, seasonal dishes and ongoing menu development

Prepare and present high-quality food with consistency and attention to detail

Maintain high standards of food safety, HACCP compliance and kitchen hygiene

Manage food preparation, stock control and minimise food waste

Work efficiently and independently during busy service periods

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience in a brunch café or similar kitchen environment

Food Safety Supervisor certification and sound knowledge of HACCP principles and kitchen hygiene standards





Proven ability to independently develop current dishes and contribute creative menu ideas

Strong understanding of contemporary Australian brunch cuisine

Excellent cooking skills, food presentation and attention to detail

Reliable, organised and able to work well in a team

Availability for rostered shifts between Tuesday and Sunday
