KOSA Hair Studio is seeking a Part Time Hairdresser to join our talented team in Sydenham, VIC 3037. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative hair salon setting on a part-time basis. As a part time hairdresser, you will deliver exceptional hair services to our valued clients whilst maintaining the high standards and welcoming atmosphere that KOSA Hair Studio is known for. Key responsibilities
Providing a full range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments to clients
Consulting with clients to understand their hair goals and recommending appropriate services and products
Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic workspace and salon workplace at all times
Keeping up-to-date with current hair trends, techniques and industry best practices
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings
Processing client payments and handling transactions accurately
Supporting team members and contributing to a positive salon culture
Promoting salon services and retail products to clients

What we're looking for




A qualification hairdresser with at least 5 years experience
Current registration or licensing as required by Victorian regulations
Enthusiastic, passionate and a team player
Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring and styling techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results
Knowledge of hair care products and the ability to recommend suitable treatment
Experience in a customer-focused service environment is highly valued
