About the Role
Lead workshops to capture and validate requirements across crew planning, rostering and technology teams.
Translate enterprise agreement provisions into documented business rules and system requirements.
Assess existing processes and system capabilities, identifying gaps and required changes.
Develop process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with technical teams and vendors throughout configuration and implementation.
Support testing, UAT and implementation readiness.

About You
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst on complex system implementation or business change projects.
Ideally, experience with airline rostering, crew scheduling or crew management systems.
Experience implementing enterprise agreement rules or complex workforce requirements is highly desirable.
Solid workshop facilitation, process mapping and requirements documentation skills.
Confident working across operational stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors.
Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
