The role:

JK are seeking experienced Loader Operators for an ongoing chance in Ballarat. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in the mining/heavy industry sector.

Roster:4 week rotation (7 days on, 7 off, 7 nights on, 7 off)

Shift Times:12-hour shifts
Day: 06:00–18:00
Night: 18:00–06:00

Shifts Start/End:Wednesdays to Tuesdays

Key Responsibilities:
Move and sort material
Feed ore into the crusher
Perform general housekeeping
Complete loader pre-starts and basic maintenance

Job Requirements:
Essential: Current Front End Loader Ticket required with experience
Experience in mining, quarrying, or other heavy industry environments required
Valuable radio communication skills required
Robust safety focus and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
Additional tickets (e.g excavator, forklift) are advantageous but not required
