PGR Recruitment is seeking an In House Legal Manager for a NSW workers compensation focus in Sydney. This is a newly created leadership role with hybrid flexibility, leading a specialist team and guiding strategy without a personal caseload.

You will coach eight legal and eligibility specialists, set direction for the function, and partner with regulators and scheme partners to influence policy and outcomes.
