The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales Team. If you’re tech-savvy, motivated, and thrive on building solid client relationships, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proactively drive technical improvements of the clients IT setting.
Define technology roadmaps according to the client’s business objective.
Lead regular business and technical review meetings, driving all outcomes to completion.
Manage client expectations end to end.
Identify new sales opportunities and meet targets.

What You’ll Need




2+ years in a similar role (Account Manager, IT Sales, etc.).
Solid knowledge of IT solutions and services.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret KPIs and translate technical insights into business value.
A proactive mindset and a passion for client success.
A valid driver’s license and your own car.
Full working rights in Australia.
Based in Sydney.
