Are you a Health Insurance qualified and want to make your mark in the industry? At Canstar, we are building a team of sales specialists to help everyday Australians find the right Health Insurance cover. Not only will you be compensated with a competitive base salary and potential commission earnings, you will also be the voice of our first in‑house Health Insurance team!

What You’ll Be Doing
Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls to understand their health insurance needs.
Present and explain health insurance policy options clearly,



including waiting periods, exclusions, limits, and tiers.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Adhere to all of Canstar’s sales processes, compliance standards, and the PHIIA Code of Conduct, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to integrity and ethical practice.
Keep accurate records in the CRM and ensure all customer interactions meet quality standards.
Contribute positively to a high‑performance, team‑oriented culture.
