About the role

We are seeking a site supervisor with robust residential volume supervisor experience to join our growing team and help deliver high quality homes to our clients across the Brisbane/Moreton Bay region. The role will involve working on townhouse sites as well as residential homes.

Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities
Manage trades, suppliers, and construction sequencing
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Conduct quality inspections at key construction stages
Maintain site safety and compliance with WH&S; requirements
Collaborate closely with internal construction and office teams




Source trades as required

About you
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor
Experience in Mixed density/Townhouse sites required
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and Australian Standards
Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently
Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Experience using Onsite Companion or similar
Current driver's licenc
