Saros Bar & Dining is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team.

Located in the heart of Moonee Ponds, Saros offers a relaxed yet vibrant dining and bar experience, featuring a European-inspired sharing menu, excellent drinks and a welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:
Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages.
Delivering friendly, skilled and engaging customer service.
Maintaining bar presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
Assisting with opening and closing duties, including cash handling.
Working closely with the restaurant and hotel team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Ensuring responsible service of alcohol and compliance with RSA requirements.

What We're Looking For




Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Confidence preparing cocktails and serving a range of beverages.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work as part of a team.
Availability for afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
