Key Responsibilities
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across marketplace operations.
Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Design, implement, and monitor operational initiatives that improve supply, demand, pricing, and delivery performance.
Own weekly and monthly reporting, dashboards, and marketplace health monitoring.
Support quality improvement, fraud prevention, and operational excellence initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Data Science,



and other stakeholders.
Drive automation and process improvements using data, AI, and technology solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Marketplace Operations, or a related field.
Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with SQL, Python, and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have
Experience in marketplace, delivery, logistics, or supply-demand operations.
Exposure to fraud, risk, trust & safety, or quality operations.
Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting for senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of AI and automation tools for process optimization.
